Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care-related administrative responsibilities for CCAND clinic patients.
• Respond to patient phone calls and portal messages in a timely manner.
• Review and process prescription refill requests to pharmacies.
• Manage pre-authorization requests and follow-up to ensure completion.
• Manage lab requests and ensure results are uploaded into Epic.
• Assist with coordination of patient care needs and insurance forms.
• Maintain the CCAND Clinical Database.
