Job summary

Precision Neuroscience in Addison, TX is seeking a Process Engineer to support device assembly and clinical builds for next-generation neural implants. This hands-on role involves building, assembling, and testing medical devices used in the clinic.

You will author and maintain SOPs and work instructions, contribute to yield and quality control, and work under senior engineers in a regulated medical-device environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with 0–2 years experience (internships/co-ops count).
• MS in Engineering with 0–1 years experience.
• Hands-on aptitude in lab, cleanroom, or production environments.
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail for SOPs and records.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble microfabricated devices into finished headstage assemblies.
• Perform basic electrical testing to verify device integrity.
• Author and revise SOPs and Work Instructions; maintain change-controlled docs.
• Support yield enhancement, data collection, and quality control activities.
