Job summary

Precision Neuroscience in Addison, Texas is seeking a Process Engineer to support device assembly and clinical builds for next-generation neural implants. The role involves hands-on building, assembling, and testing of medical devices used in the clinic, under senior engineers.

You will author and maintain SOPs, contribute to yield and quality improvements, and plan a growth path into a process engineering career within a regulated medical-device environment.

Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering or related field + 0–2 years relevant experience; MS +0–1 years acceptable.
  • Hands-on aptitude in lab, cleanroom, or production environment.
  • Foundations in engineering and basic data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work in a fast-paced team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow technically.
  • Good communication and flagging issues early.

Responsibilities

  • Build, assemble, and test medical devices for clinical use.
  • Author and maintain SOPs and work instructions.
  • Contribute to yield enhancement and quality control.
  • Work under senior engineers to grow into a process engineering role.
