Job summary

National Reconnaissance Office seeks a Senior Chief in the Networks Division within the Communications Systems Directorate Network Services Group. You will lead strategic program management, systems engineering, and cyber-secure network services for the NRO’s global enterprise, spanning data centers and mission connectivity.

You will guide acquisition programs, manage complex teams, and collaborate with IC partners to meet cost, schedule, and performance baselines.

Qualifications

• PM/COTR Level II certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Demonstrated skill applying program management and systems engineering to achieve goals
• Working knowledge of NIST RMF and cybersecurity for information systems
• Ability to communicate complex information across organizational boundaries

Responsibilities

• Lead NSG Networks Program Manager responsibilities across acquisition programs
• Oversee a government team of 10+ and a contractor team of 550+ FTE for network services
• Coordinate network connectivity across space intelligence and processing locations
• Manage budget, risk, readiness, and service delivery for enterprise networks
• Represent NSG in high-level meetings with mission partners and IC/DoD entities
