Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to lead the Network Support Center (NSC) and oversee NSC task order operations. The role requires senior-level experience in network support and voice/telecommunications systems, with proficiency in Cisco routers/switches and DoD network environments.

Responsibilities include maintaining NIPRNet/SIPRNet/JWICS/NSANet/Tier 1 networks, supporting IP and VoIP systems, system monitoring, and documenting cabling/distribution

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in network support and voice/telecommunications systems.
• Experience supporting information systems on Government and Intel networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, Tier 1).
• Proficiency in Cisco routers and switches; strong networking fundamentals and OSI knowledge.
• Experience with ITIL best practices.
• DoD 8140/8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification (Security+ CE preferred).
• Preferred - CCNA and/or CCNP.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support to the Network Support Center (NSC) and government leads, ensuring daily task completion and weekly reporting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot secure and non-secure networks (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, Tier 1), including routing, switching, backbone infrastructure, and transmission systems.
• Support IP, VoIP (TDM, SIP, H.323), and network management systems. Perform system monitoring, maintenance, fault isolation, and ensure compliance with Air Force security standards.
• Design, install, test, and document telecommunications cabling and distribution systems, including support for construction and facility modifications.
