Job summary

Gruve is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a solid understanding of networks, routing, switching, LAN/WAN, VLAN, BGP and security to ensure optimal system performance. Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira JSM, and Nagios is valued.

Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years in networking support are invited to apply. Candidates must be willing to work 24x7 rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, and have strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech, MCA, or Master’s degree.
• Experience: Freshers / 1-2 years in relevant roles.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and performance of system and network services.
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of wireless network devices like APs, switches, etc.
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability.
• Analyze platform behavior and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Lead and participate in technical sessions and coordinate cross‑organizational projects.
