Job summary

Gruve is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with strong networking knowledge and hands-on experience with routing, switching, VLAN, BGP, and security. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to manage incidents and SLAs.

Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira JSM, Slack, and Nagios is preferred. Freshers or 1–2 years of experience are welcome; CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Freshers or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Networking, Servers, LAN/WAN, Wireless networks.
• Certifications CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and optimal performance of system and network services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot Wireless network devices such as APs and switches.
• Monitor all installed systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability.
• Analyze platform behavior and recommend improvements.
• Knowledge of Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, and firewall config.
• Lead and participate in technical sessions and cross‑team projects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and policies.
