Job summary

Gruve is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to ensure reliable network and system services. You will troubleshoot wireless devices, manage configurations, and support 4G/5G wireless tech while coordinating with teams across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. BE/B.Tech or higher with 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and optimal performance of system and network services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot wireless network devices (APs, switches).
• Monitor installed systems/infrastructure to maintain high availability.
• Analyze platform behavior and recommend improvements.
• Know routing/switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, BGP, firewall config, LAN/WAN basics.
• Lead and participate in technical sessions and projects.
• Manage IP addresses and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Oversee DNS/DHCP management and related issues.
• Provide tech support for 4G/5G LTE and wireless tech.
