WEOKIE Information Technology is seeking an Information Technology Specialist with an emphasis on networking in Oklahoma City. The role involves installing, testing, maintaining, and supporting hardware, software, and network systems, including patch management, asset inventory, security, and a cloud-based telephone system.

The candidate should have strong Cisco networking experience (routers, switches, firewalls, DNS/DHCP), VoIP knowledge, and relevant certifications (CCNA preferred).

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or proven equivalent work experience.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, VPN and Wireless networks.
• Knowledge in deploying, operating, and maintaining cloud-based VoIP.
• Experience with the Cisco Command Language.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Industry certification to support knowledge/experience (Cisco CCNA).
• A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications are a plus. Patch management experience.
• Hardware and OS experience: Microsoft, Cisco switches and routers, network printers, MS Exchange/MS Outlook, and Microsoft Server.
• Strong time management skills in technical environments and project management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Providing support for all IT systems including day-to-day operations and problem resolution.
• Providing PC hardware and software technical support to WEOKIE users at all sites, support for LAN/WAN connectivity and other communications issues.
• Managing cloud-based telephone system, including the Call Center infrastructure.
• Evaluating network performance, and capacity to ensure business needs are met.
• Assist in the support of core banking platform.
• Performing network and systems administration (physical and virtual).
• Perform system patch management and administration for asset monitoring, security, and inventory related tools and processes.
• Facilitating all network, PC, and peripherals product procurement/repair and managing vendor relationships.
• Work closely with IT team to provide end-user support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with IT team to meet team and organizational objectives
• Contribute to and maintain network security and standards
• Analyze, recommend, and evaluate new hardware, software, and communications products to enhance functionality in support of the business
• Must be available to be on call rotation on weekends and evenings to respond to issues on system infrastructure.
