Job summary

University Hospitals seeks an experienced network professional to help manage and maintain the hospital's network environment in Oklahoma. You will assist in designing and implementing new networking services, interact with users and vendors, and contribute to monitoring, upgrades, and security as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include responding to help desk tickets, configuring devices, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience is required.
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure is required.
• CCNP or equivalent certification is required.
• Driver's license with reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and resolve network issues.
• Configure, install, and replace network infrastructure components.
• Remotely administer complex TCP/IP networks using routers and switches.
• Maintain documentation for network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Cisco architects on network optimization.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call production support on a rotating basis.
• Perform night/weekend work as needed.
