Hyve Solutions is hiring a Networking Field Sales Engineer to collaborate with the sales team and hyperscalers, driving design, planning, and technical engagement. Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and relationship skills with engineering, commercial and executive audiences.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, system design, and solution demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead design activities and drive sales, design and planning.
- Determine business and technical requirements and communicate recommendations to senior management.
- Present products and technical proposals to end-users during engagements to address complex needs and ROI.
- Provide internal direction during RFQ and NPI phases on integrated rack design (elevation, cabling, BOM).
- Support the sales team with compelling recommendations to close new business.
- Ensure revenue quotas and deployment objectives are met while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Lead architecture gathering and presentation of solutions to meet prospect needs.
