Job summary

Job Description

Collaborate with Client's product and engineering team to define Amazon Connect architecture, provide strategic recommendation, and identify opportunities to integrate AWS services for enhanced business outcomes.

15+ yrs of Experience Required

Design end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions aligned with business and customer experience objectives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to define contact center strategy.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-availability Amazon Connect architectures.

Recommend AWS services and integrations to enhance omnichannel customer engagement.

Lead architecture reviews, solution roadmaps, and platform modernization initiatives.

Define IVR, routing, self-service, and customer journey optimization strategies.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and AWS best practices.

Provide technical leadership during implementation, migration, and transformation projects.

Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities.

Create architecture documentation, standards, and executive-level solution presentations.
