Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks an AWS-savvy solution architect to design telephony-driven IVR/IVA flows, integrating Lex and CRM systems. You will build analytics pipelines, implement security controls, and deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform/CloudFormation.

Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration are essential to succeed. The role emphasizes expertise in AWS services, telemetry with CloudWatch/X-Ray, and experience with Verint/NICE reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in AWS services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3 and CloudWatch.
• Experience with IVR/IVA flows and Lex Bot integrations.
• CRM integration and telephony knowledge (PSTN, SIP, DIDs).
• Hands-on with Kinesis, analytics pipelines and security IAM/policies.
• AWS certifications preferred; Terraform/CloudFormation exposure.
• Strong documentation and solution-design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement telephony-driven IVR/IVA solutions with AWS.
• Integrate Connect with CRMs and ensure secure access controls.
• Develop analytics pipelines and monitor via CloudWatch/X-Ray.
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy infrastructure as code.
• Provide technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

• Expertise with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch Logs, and API Gateway.
• Sound understanding of IVR/IVA flows, Conversational Design, and Lex Bot integrations.
• Experience integrating Connect with CRMs
• Strong telephony knowledge: PSTN, SIP, DIDs, call routing, and call quality troubleshooting.
• Experience with Kinesis streaming, call event logs, and analytics pipelines.
• Good knowledge of AWS security (IAM, roles, policies, encryption).
• Deployment experience using Terraform/CloudFormation and DevOps pipelines.
• Strong documentation, communication, and solution-design skills.
• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Developer Associate.
• Experience with AI/ML, Contact Lens, sentiment analysis, and analytics.
• Knowledge of WFM/WFO tools (e.g., Verint, NICE).
• Experience with monitoring and debugging using CloudWatch Insights and X-Ray.
• Familiarity with Kinesis, Redshift, Athena, QuickSight for reporting.
