Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Parsippany, NJ seeks an experienced AWS/Connect specialist to design and implement contact flows, routing profiles, and integrations with CRMs. The role focuses on telephony, analytics pipelines, and security best practices within AWS.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on AWS expertise, DevOps experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, and strong documentation and communication skills. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Expertise with Amazon Connect contact flows & routing profiles.
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch).
• Experience integrating Connect with CRMs and telephony systems.
• Knowledge of IAM, encryption and security best practices.
• Deployment experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and DevOps pipelines.
• Proven ability to design, document, and communicate solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop Amazon Connect contact flows and routing profiles.
• Integrate Connect with CRMs and other systems.
• Troubleshoot telephony (PSTN, SIP, DIDs) and monitor call quality.
• Work with analytics: Kinesis, logging, and reporting pipelines.
• Implement security, IAM roles, and encryption for AWS resources.
• Document solutions and maintain clear design references.

• Good knowledge of AWS security (IAM, roles, policies, encryption).

• AWS Certifications: Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Developer Associate.

• Experience with monitoring and debugging using CloudWatch Insights and X-Ray.
