Job summary

Randstad Enterprise seeks an Endpoint Services Coordinator / Network Transformation Analyst in Boston to support a hospital network modernization initiative. The role coordinates site readiness, cutovers, and stakeholder communications while aligning operational staff with technical teams.

The candidate will manage endpoint inventories, deployment documentation, and go-live readiness, with some evening/overnight work, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating enterprise technology projects.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, or data center initiatives.
• Experience working in healthcare, higher education, research, or other complex environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, wireless, VLANs, TCP/IP.
• Ability to translate technical discussions for non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for project tracking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends during major transformation events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of network transformation projects across hospitals, sites, and facilities.
• Coordinate activities with site leadership, Digital Operations teams, Network Engineering, Facilities, Security, and vendors.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and operational go-live planning.
• Participate in evening and overnight cutover activities as required.
• Support command center operations during major network transformation events.
• Coordinate issue triage and escalation during implementation windows.
• Document lessons learned and SOPs for transformation activities.
• Develop deployment runbooks, cutover checklists, and communication plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications before, during, and after transformation activities.
