Job summary

Qualifications

• Healthcare IT familiarity with Epic systems is preferred.
• Experience coordinating network-provider referrals and access workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational liaison for network provider offices on referrals and access.
• Improve care transitions and ensure timely access to clinical documentation and tests.
• Collaborate with IT/EHR teams to optimize EpicCare Link access for network users.
• Monitor referrals and access metrics; drive process improvements and escalation paths.
• Lead or support network improvement projects and cross-department coordination.
