Network Tools Engineer – SME (Remote)
Clearance: Public Trust Eligible | U.S. Citizen

Experienced Network Tools Engineer with 10+ years in enterprise systems administration and network monitoring toolsets, specializing in the management and optimization of NMS platforms in multi-OS environments (Windows, RHEL, Solaris). Proven expertise as a subject matter expert supporting core infrastructure tools including OpenText NNMi , OpenText Network Automation , SevOne NMS/DI , Vertiv DSView , and BMC TrueSight Server Automation. Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, .bat), patch management, automation job orchestration, and ITSM ticket lifecycle management (change/incident). Adept in AWS environments and tools, with familiarity in Java and Perl scripting for enhanced automation and integration.

Core Competencies:

Infrastructure Monitoring & Automation Tools (NNMi, Network Automation, SevOne, BMC BSA)

Automation Scripting and Tool Integration (.sh, .bat, basic Perl)

Patch Management, Software Deployment, Agent Automation

AWS Platform Familiarity (certification a plus)

ITSM/ServiceNow Processes: Change, Incident, Release Management

IBM License Metric Tool, LoadRunner Enterprise
