Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the university's cable plant, telephone, voicemail, data network, and IT billing systems.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support and troubleshoot voice/data networks and related infrastructure.
• Assist with billing audits and cost estimates for work requests.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve outages and improve operations.
• Represent Pepperdine and IT professionally with stakeholders and service providers.
