Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology/computer science or related field.
• Two or more years of relevant work experience training end-users in hardware or software and classroom technologies.
• CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent).
• Willing to work weekend and evening shifts as-needed.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under university requirements.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of basic hardware and software products.
• Advanced knowledge of computers and networked environments.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and support to Pepperdine faculty, staff, students and other constituents.
• Maintains and supports classroom technologies and related equipment.
• Participates in migrations, moves, upgrades and testing.
• Analyzes support data to improve systems, documentation and training.
• Collaborates with campus partners and external vendors.
