Job summary

Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is seeking a Network Administrator to install, configure, update, and troubleshoot network devices and systems in Nevada. You will monitor performance, enforce security policies, and support multiple tasks on-site.

Ideal candidates have solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and experience with Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server, and Linux. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for team-based operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system administration, or a closely related field.
• Certifications in network administration or engineering (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+) preferred.
• Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in network protocols, standards, and architectures.
• Familiar with network hardware and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, update, and maintain network equipment and software.
• Monitor network performance and availability and troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce network security policies and procedures to protect data and systems.
• Support users with network-related issues and provide training as needed.
• Document network configuration, changes, and incidents, and maintain inventory.
• Research and evaluate new network technologies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to ensure smooth network operations.
• All other duties as assigned.
