Job summary

Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation is seeking a Network Administrator to install, configure, update, and troubleshoot network devices and systems in Nevada. You will monitor performance, enforce security policies, and support multiple tasks on-site.

Ideal candidates have solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and experience with Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server, and Linux. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for team-based operations.

Qualifications

• Certifications in network administration or engineering (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Network+) preferred.
• Proven experience as a systems administrator or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Document network configuration, changes, and incidents, and maintain inventory.
• Research and evaluate new network technologies and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with IT staff and vendors to ensure smooth network operations.

operates its wholly owned Hycroft open pit, gold, and silver mine located an hour southwest of
Winnemucca, Nevada.

Job Description

Responsible for installing, configuring, updating, and troubleshooting network devices and
systems, such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, etc. You will also monitor network
performance and availability and implement and enforce network security policies and
procedures.

Should have a solid knowledge of network protocols, standards, and architectures, such as
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, etc. You should also have experience with network hardware
and software, such as Cisco, Juniper, Windows Server, Linux, etc. You should also have strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple
tasks and projects.

Requirements
