We seek a proactive Network Support Analyst Intern to ensure connectivity, answer questions, and resolve computer problems for customers via phone, remotely, or in person.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited university or college (undergrad or master's).

Responsibilities

• Monitors, analyzes, and resolves first-level incidents related to enterprise network; troubleshoots and reports problems with network devices.
• Escalates tickets to the Network Operations Center (NOC) when appropriate.
• Follows up on open tickets and communicates with end users until issue resolution.
• Continues to improve technical knowledge through training and certifications.
• Occasional PC reformats and standard installations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
