Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited program pursuing a degree in IT, Networking, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors from several departments.
• Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
• Support the Network Solutions team in maintaining customer hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support for customer managed services and projects.
• Provide backup technical support for network including router, firewall, and wireless access points.
• Troubleshoot equipment such as printers and scanners and other peripherals.
• Learn the Cisco/Rockwell/Panduit Converged Plantwide Ethernet guide and apply design, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of plant floor network topologies.
• Learn the OT space (plant floor) requirements vs IT (Enterprise).
• Gain knowledge of Cisco OS, cloud computing, web services, physical infrastructure and remote access solutions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales force inquiries via telephone and email.
• Create and update training materials on a regular basis.
• Other duties as assigned.
