Job summary

First Commonwealth Bank in Indiana, PA is seeking an IT Support Technician to install and support devices across the region. You will resolve issues on PCs, network hardware, and applications, and assist with software/hardware rollouts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT experience preferred; banking industry a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and network technologies required.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, firewall, IDS, and security hardware preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• Travel as necessary for training, participation in user conferences, special projects.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of IT experience preferred; experience in banking industry is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and network technologies are required; Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, firewall, IDS, and security hardware are preferred.
• A High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field preferred.
• Travel as necessary for training, participation in user conferences, special projects, business resumption, etc.
