Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience directing, leading and managing projects of varying sizes and scope.
• Proven ability to influence, build consensus and partner across a large enterprise.
• Knowledge of data communication network technologies and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Directs strategic information technology planning initiatives.
• Develops operating policies and procedures to comply with regulations and unit objectives.
• Supervises and evaluates at least 2 FTE employees and related personnel actions.
• May develop and audit institutional budgets and/or financials.
• Manage and maintain service levels and performance benchmarks (KPIs/OKRs).
• Oversee a program of continuous improvement for all services.
• Represent the institution to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage IT projects at group/department/enterprise levels.
• Advise leadership on IT operations and business models.
