Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks a Network/System Administrator II to organize, install, and support DoD computer networks at Hanscom AFB (on-site). You will help design network models, manage hardware/software upgrades, and provide day-to-day system administration for LAN/WAN, security, and compliance tasks.

The role requires SAP/DoD knowledge, independent work under minimal supervision, and hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and security tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant DoD IT experience.
• SAP experience required and/or strong familiarity with DoD security tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day management of systems and networks.
• Manage COTS & GOTS products for security and operations metrics.
• Follow O&M checklists and develop SOPs for service delivery.
• Monitor SIEM tools and tailor alerts and reports.
• Assist in risk analysis of cybersecurity tools and processes.
• Support security incident response activities.
