Job summary

RedTrace Technologies seeks a Network/System Administrator I to organize, install, and support DoD-related computer systems. You will manage LAN/WAN, perform architecture analysis, and support SAP/SCI activities in a controlled environment.

In a security-focused role, you will work with SIEM tools, policy guidelines, and incident response teams. The candidate should have 1–3 years of related experience, Windows/RHEL administration, and knowledge of CISCO networking.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years related experience in network/system administration.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows desktop/server OS and Exchange; RHEL as needed.
• Working knowledge of CISCO network, switching, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with DoD policy for system/network administration.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate day-to-day management and operations of systems and networks.
• Manage COTS & GOTS products to collect, display, and remediate metrics.
• Follow O&M checklists; create SOPs and SOPs for service checklists.
• Operate SIEM tools and generate complex event alarms/reports.
• Assist in risk analysis of emerging cybersecurity tools.
• Work with security incident response team as needed.
