Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a Network and Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of network and security services aligned with business needs and SLAs.

You will manage client expectations, coordinate with internal teams, and drive service improvements while leading a capable team through incidents, projects, and performance metrics. A strong communicator with security domain knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering network and security services for enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage client expectations and SLAs.
• Experience handling incidents, RCA, and service improvements.
• Familiarity with KPIs, SLAs, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Certs such as CISSP/CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive client relationships and communicate about service delivery, incidents, and projects.
• Service Delivery Management: Ensure seamless delivery of network and security services per SLAs; optimize security infrastructure.
• Team Leadership and Development: Guide and support team members and foster a high‑performing environment.
• Project Management: Lead network and security projects from initiation to completion within budget and schedule.
• Incident and Problem Management: Act as point of contact for security incidents; coordinate responses and conduct RCA.
