Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC seeks a Network and Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of network and security services in Portland, OR. You will align services with business needs, SLAs, and project deliverables while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will manage client expectations, incidents, and continuous service improvements, leveraging strong leadership and communication to drive operational excellence and secure collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Communicate service delivery, incidents, and projects with clients.
• Gather client feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure seamless network and security service delivery per SLAs.
• Manage performance of security infrastructure (LAN/WAN, wireless, perimeter).
• Oversee security policies and procedures implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Track KPIs related to service delivery.
• Provide guidance and develop team members.
• Lead network and security projects end-to-end.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Act as incident contact and coordinate response.
• Conduct RCA to prevent future incidents.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Implement process improvements and automation.
