Pay Range:

$50-54/hr W-2

Responsibilities:

1. Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for large-scale solutions and complex issues.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to demonstrate the value of services and solutions to customers.
3. Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
4. Provide technical expertise and escalation support in documenting and resolving technical problems.
5. Consult with customers and stakeholders to plan, design, install, configure, and optimize Cisco Secure Firewall services.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience with Next Gen Firewall Security Products.
2. At least 2 years of experience supporting or consulting with customers.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4. Knowledge of security products and services, routing, switching, and network protocols.
5. Certifications like CCIE, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus.
6. Experience with FTD or ASA Firewall/VPN, IOS Firewall, and secure access.
7. Strong understanding of IPSEC, SSL, cryptography, and network traffic analysis.
