Qualifications

Typically requires 9+ years of progressive network security engineering experience, including 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Master's degree in Information Security or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of network security architects and engineers.
Shape and communicate a multi-year network security strategy and roadmap.
Design and implement robust network security architectures across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
Oversee deployment of advanced security technologies including NGFWs, Zscaler, NAC, IDS/IPS, and SD-WAN.
Drive network automation initiatives to improve efficiency and security posture.
Ensure compliance with standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and maintain runbooks.
