Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in network/security roles with 3+ years of management.
• Working knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto networking.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Network Security Engineers and Analysts.
• Define goals, metrics, development plans, and succession.
• Establish standards, practices, and service management processes.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, vendor relationships, and planning.
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code where possible.
