Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, AD and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with networking and security solutions from major vendors.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot switch, AP, and firewall infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID with group policies.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless networking; on-site travel as needed.
• Maintain IT documentation, ticket SLAs, and coordinate with vendors.
