Job summary

Experis Technology Group is assisting a dedicated non-profit in Philadelphia to hire a Network and Systems Administrator. The role is hybrid, onsite in South Philadelphia three days a week, with local travel required and a six-month contract to hire.

You will manage multi-site network infrastructure (Cisco/Meraki), administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Azure AD, monitor performance, implement security policies, and support end-users across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with networking technologies including routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Cisco or Meraki networking hardware and tools.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues independently and maintain detailed documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multi-site network infrastructure, including Cisco and Meraki devices.
• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and cloud services like Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform hardware upgrades and repairs.
• Implement and review security policies, conduct security audits, and improve cybersecurity measures.
• Support end-users with technical issues, onboarding, and device management across locations.
