Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $52.00/hr

Summary:

Specialist will manage real estate efforts in support of Client's Macro New Build program for the Central Texas Submarket. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully perform due diligence, negotiate leases or amendments, manage work flow forecasts, obtain governmental approvals and permits, and PO management. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and a fast learner.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
• Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
• Will be required to work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
• Ensure that all parties are aware of project status
• Conduct deployment calls

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience required.

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, 10 paid days off, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
