Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Project Coordinator/Analyst to support the VA WAN program on-site in the Martinsburg area. The role requires coordinating with PMs and technical staff, managing project constraints, and handling invoices and procurement with vendors.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience and the ability to pass a Tier 4 background check. Power BI and ServiceNow experience are preferred, supporting enterprise-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience).
• Background Investigation: Must be able to pass a government Tier 4 High Background Investigation.

Responsibilities

• Support and help manage the VA Enterprise WAN, including capacity planning and provisioning requests.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Contract Management staff, Senior Engineering staff, and VA colleagues.
• Manage project objectives, constraints, risks, and coordinate with resources as needed.
• Contribute to planning, tracking, and analysis of multiple projects with reports on cost and schedule status.
• Review enterprise invoices for multiple vendors, identify disputes, and make payment recommendations.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with organizational practices.
• Report project progress to management and address employee/work-related issues.
• Arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, training and other project events.
• Organize committee meetings and prepare reports, agendas and collateral.
• Transcribe and record key decisions and action items from meetings.
• Perform financial analytics including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Gather, compile and report information relevant to the project.
