Job summary

Info-Ways in Boston is seeking a video conferencing engineer to install, configure and troubleshoot Polycom systems including RMX, DMA and Group Series endpoints. The role focuses on implementing Polycom VC solutions and resolving complex video collaboration issues on-site in Boston.

Candidates should demonstrate hands-on experience with Polycom hardware, plus the ability to troubleshoot a range of VC environments. Experience with Cisco Tandberg is a plus in this role.
