Job summary

OSC EdgeTech seeks a Network Operations & System Integration Analyst to monitor critical IT infrastructure for a U.S. Government customer. You will handle incident response, testing, and validation to ensure availability and interoperability of enterprise systems.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, API/data flow validation, and collaboration with engineers, product owners, and support teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Network Operations, systems integration testing, or IT operations.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Active Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support enterprise infrastructure and services.
• Manage outages and escalations with ticketing and recovery coordination.
• Plan and execute Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI).
• Design, execute and document integration and end-to-end testing.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to ensure readiness.
