Job Details

Position: Network Operations Specialist (12‑month contract, potential for extension)
Location: Canonsburg, PA
Pay: $26.03/hr – $31.03/hr (W2, no PTO, no benefits). ACA‑compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Operational Process Management: review, evaluate, and document billing, payments, and network services to ensure accuracy and compliance; identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Service Management & Task Coordination: create, update, and manage tasks in ServiceNow; maintain and update tracking systems, including third‑party management platforms.
• Documentation & Compliance: develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes, projects, and programs; monitor files for completeness and accuracy to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communication & Reporting: prepare and distribute correspondence related to projects and operational updates; communicate potential issues proactively to prevent escalation; support administrative preparation for meetings.
• Administrative Support: provide additional administrative assistance to support network operations and project teams; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and initiatives.
