Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network Support Specialist for a mission-critical federal program based in Springfield, VA. The role requires an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility.

You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, monitor performance, and secure LAN/WAN environments to ensure continuous operation. Responsibilities include handling Tier 2 issues, conducting packet captures, analyzing firewall logs, and optimizing networks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in network administration/operations.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN experience.
• Experience with electronic security devices (IDS, Access Control, CCTV).
• Tier 2 troubleshooting/maintenance experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

• Salary: Between $80,000 - $115,000 annually based on years of experience
