Qualifications

• Experience in network, Wi-Fi, and endpoint support.
• Strong customer service and on-site support.
• Ability to document processes and support tickets.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wired and wireless network equipment.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Assist with firewall support and remote access.
• Maintain technical documentation and change management.
