The ideal candidate has strong networking fundamentals, Linux experience, and the ability to work fixed 2nd or 3rd shift Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, with effective communication during incidents and documented runbooks.

• Configure, administer, and maintain routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors, ISPs, utility providers, and internal teams to resolve connectivity and service issues.
• Provide initial triage and escalation for microwave radio communications issues.
• Manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, escalation, and resolution tracking.
• Utilize Linux system administration knowledge to support network-related systems and operational tools.
• Communicate clearly during active incidents and provide timely status updates.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, incident records, and knowledge articles.
• Support mission-critical environments where reliability and responsiveness are essential.
• Participate in shift handoffs to ensure continuity across network operations.
