Job summary

Collaborative Health Network, LLC (CHN) seeks a Director of Network Operations in Raleigh, NC to lead analytics, technology enablement, and performance improvement across the clinically integrated network. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with providers, payers, committees, and CHN's Governance Board to translate data into actionable insights that advance quality outcomes and value-based care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations, analytics, or provider network management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with provider engagement and performance reporting.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, committees, or Governance Boards.
• Knowledge of value-based care and provider network operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy, performance reporting, and dashboard development across quality, value-based care, and utilization.
• Manage technology and data vendor relationships and performance.
• Oversee Care Management Platform and CHN Connect ownership, adoption, training, and reporting.
• Lead provider onboarding, education, and technical support across the provider network.
• Chair and co-chair governance committees; prepare executive reports and board materials.
• Advance strategic initiatives to improve network performance and statewide growth.
