Job summary

Point32Health is seeking a Director of Network and Provider Analytics to lead a team in enhancing provider contracts and network performance. This role includes overseeing financial analyses and engaging with various departments to improve healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare analytics and proven leadership, with a focus on financial optimization and effective communication. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive analytic, financial, project and/or operational experience in healthcare.
• 3+ years of effective supervisory experience.
• Strong background in data analysis and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analyses, models, and tools for provider, network, and contract performance.
• Formulate strategies to improve unit cost and reimbursement methodologies.
• Monitor and report on competitive position for Point32Health markets.
• Engage with Sales team for employer account engagement.
• Accountable for team adherence to data governance standards.
