• Seven (7) years of progressive hospital leadership experience.
• Master's degree in nursing or equivalent required.

• Lead onboarding, education, and competency processes for centralizing nursing teams.
• Drive change initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Develop staffing models, KPIs, and cost-effective deployment across the system.
