Job summary

Collaborative Health Network, LLC (CHN) seeks a Director of Network Operations to lead network operations, provider engagement, analytics, and technology enablement across a clinically integrated network in North Carolina. The role drives performance improvement, care management, and referral technologies to advance value-based care and provider experience.

Reporting to the COO, you will coordinate with providers, payers, committees, and the Governance Board to translate data into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in healthcare operations or analytics.
• Experience leading provider network management and technology administration.
• Proven ability to present to executive leadership and governance boards.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and quality measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead CHN's analytics strategy, performance reporting, and dashboard development across quality, value-based care, and utilization.
• Oversee network operations, provider engagement, and care management technologies.
• Chair the CHN Connect Operations Committee and co-chair the Network Committee with board reporting.
• Translate data into actionable insights for executives, committees, providers, and Board decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships for technology platforms and performance expectations.
