Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Digital Network Coordinator to monitor, maintain, and improve the uptime of our digital device network. This role involves proactive outreach to offline locations, coordinating with vendors for on-site technical support, and identifying trends or recurring issues in device connectivity. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator, problem-solver, and organized multitasker who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards for offline devices across the network and take timely action
• Call offline locations to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and bring devices back online
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to dispatch technicians for in-person troubleshooting and repairs
• Track, analyze, and identify patterns or recurring issues among offline devices
• Report findings and trends to internal teams and participate in strategizing long-term fixes
• Maintain accurate logs of communication, vendor dispatches, and resolution outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the operations and technical teams to resolve network issues efficiently
• Support large-scale network projects and maintenance initiatives as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in network support, digital operations, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong phone communication skills; able to explain technical issues to non-technical users
• Excellent organization and tracking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Salesforce experience is a plus
• Ability to spot trends, summarize findings, and present actionable insights to the team
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Compensation Range

$42,000 – $52,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
