Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS or related field.
• 4+ years of networking/IT security experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass Federal and State background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring, installing, and managing hardware and applications for virtual and physical platforms.
• Support upgrades and patching of network, communications, and AV equipment for secure operations.
• Manage network hardware including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and related devices.
• Provide secondary support for Microsoft 365 provisioning, licensing, email filtering, and end-user issues.
• Assist with DNS administration, uptime monitoring, and directory replication.
• Participate in IT change management and document infrastructure changes.
