Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator to support our Los Angeles office and regional operations. This hands-on role maintains network infrastructure for ~200 users across office and warehouse environments, ensuring stable IT operations and proactive improvements.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking knowledge, hands-on IT support experience, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network administration, infrastructure operations, or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, and firewall administration.
• Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and document processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and network security environments.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and wireless issues across sites.
• Support network upgrades, expansions, and projects.
• Maintain network diagrams, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and service providers.
