Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Three years of work experience in complex systems design, programming and systems software and support.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, maintains, and manages processes and operations of an assigned functional area within technology services.
• Supervises a staff and hires, trains, and evaluates personnel as necessary.
• Develops and administers policies and procedures for Technology operations; ensures compliance and quality.
